Pre-INSANITY-workout energy! ½ banana & 1 scoop of Energize ♡
This workout was intense! I haven’t done cardio in a very long time, and it was a wake up call today. Only 22 minutes long and I was so out of breath by the end, it was crazy!
3 solid weeks of PiYo is now in the books and I’m loving it!
Do you have a favorite PiYo workout? I think mine might be Upper Body!

I’ve just been so busy! I started helping to coach cheerleading at my old high school, but the season is now over so I will start to be more active on this blog again ;)

Well, chuh.
And I’m note 666. Fuck yes.
I don’t know what my deal was today… I was so exhausted going into my workout, and the struggle to finish was real. I did Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit, and I was DONE by the end of the warm-up… and still had about 30 minutes to go.
Worst wall I’ve had to push through yet, but I’m so glad I finished. I actually sat on the floor through one whole interval, and I got so mad at myself for doing that that it made me push through and go hard until the end ;)
Better luck on the energy-front tomorrow.
Insanity Fit Test
I’m dead.
I don’t know how I even made it downstairs and onto the couch. Because I can’t feel my legs, or my arms.
And now I feel nauseous and a sinus headache is starting up.
I’m gonna will myself off the couch and sip on my Recover shake. I thankfully have another hour and a half until dinner is done in the crock pot, so my stomach can settle down a bit…
Shaun T… you have lost your damn mind. I can’t believe I’m doing this for 62 more days.
